Yuki Tsunoda and Liam Lawson took part in an all-American challenge in Nascar-style stock cars ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

The Visa Cash App RB duo took on a series of challenges that were centred around a different style of motorsport. Lawson and Tsunoda were joined by NASCAR professionals, Connor Zilisch and Shane van Gisbergen at a dirt oval track in Texas. Zilisch and van Gisbergen took on the challenge of coaching the F1 duo as they showed their skills with steering, braking, throttle and the ability to find grip on an unfamiliar dirt surface.

Stock car racing has a long and rich history in the United States and continues to rise in popularity across the country, alongside single-seater championships such as F1.

F1 returns on the 21st November for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where Lawson and Tsunoda will be hoping to bounce back in the battle for sixth in the Constructors Championship after being overtaken by both Haas and Alpine in recent weeks.
